Topic : From Principles to Profit- Why Integrity is Good for Business.
The Hermanus Business Chamber invites leaders and business owners to an evening exploring how integrity in leadership, governance, and business practice can be transformed into a powerful competitive advantage.
Two keynote speakers will share unique perspectives on why values-driven decision-making and ethical governance are essential for sustainable business success.
Speakers:
Aloma Jonker – Futurist & Strategist.
Aloma Jonker is a futurist and strategic thinker who employs deep analysis and her multi-disciplinary background to propose alternative ways to think about and approach societal issues. Her broad experience base enables her to discern trends and predict the long-term outcomes of decisions. Her perspective is one of acting with integrity and balancing multiple prerogatives. As such, she is committed to speaking to the need for finding a way forward that honours nature, people, beauty, and limits. In her address, she will show how integrity and balanced decision-making can drive long-term success for both society and business.
Advocate Paul Hoffman SC – Co-founder, Accountability Now
Advocate Paul Hoffman SC is the co-founder of the Institute for Accountability in Southern Africa (Accountability Now) and a senior counsel with decades of legal experience. A leading voice in South Africa’s fight against corruption, he has played a pivotal role in landmark cases such as the Glenister litigation.
